Associate Attorney - Divorce/Family Law Duties: Responsible for all areas of divorce cases such as custody, child support, and enforcement. Assist in the management and development of other attorneys. Provide professional and creative options for resolving disputes. Effectively answer, sometimes obscure, questions relating to state and federal law. Review and draft high quality legal documents. Build trust and confidence with clients and prospective clients. Cover and support process hearings. Collaboratively assist in aspects of firm administration and planning. Qualifications: JD Degree from an Accredited Law School. Licensed to practice in Arizona. 2-3 years of experience in Divorce or Family Law is required. Experience with insurance defense is a plus. Experience in appeals preferred. Exceptional writing skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Conscientiousness and attention to detail. Skills and comfort using modern software technology to improve efficiency, such as MS Office, cloud services, and other applications.
