Foreclosure Defense Attorney Wanted The candidate should have experience in handling civil litigation cases from inception through trial. Should have experience in litigating foreclosure defense cases. Self-motivated with a good attitude. Class action litigation experience is a big plus. Spanish Speaking is a plus. Should have JD be from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in FL; 3+ years of consumer litigation experience with emphasis on Foreclosure Defense. FCRA and Florida mini TCPA experience is a big plus. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Legal project management experience is helpful. Must have a track record of settling/winning cases. Independently manage a caseload involving Consumer litigation claims. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have the ability to research, and construct complaints.
