With offices located throughout California, Oregon, and Washington, D.C., the firm has nearly 250 attorneys dedicated to efficiently and meaningfully assist clients with multi-disciplinary issues. Law Firm currently has an immediate opening for a Health Care Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in health care law. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services. **Responsibilities:** - Advise clients on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions - Provide creative solutions to legal issues - Ensure compliance with health care regulations **Qualifications:** - At least 3 years of experience in health care law - Admitted to practice in California - Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal a plus **Compensation:** Law Firm offers a competitive salary with a range of $122,500 - $180,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
