Part-time Temporary Associate Attorney The candidate should be licensed in Montana. Will be working with foreclosure and general default servicing litigation with team attorneys. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in foreclosure, evictions and bankruptcy practice. Some brief writing skills and in court experience is ideal. Mortgage banking and/or creditor's rights experience is preferred. Note: This is a telecommuting/remote role.
