Associate Attorney The candidate will attend and conduct depositions. Appear at court hearings, site inspections and mediation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, other court documents, memos and correspondence. Conduct legal research. Document review and analysis. Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel. Travel (including overnight stays) may be required. Must have reliable transportation. Bar license. 1+ of experience in a litigation firm preferred. Must have excellent legal and professional skills (including legal research, writing, case management, etc.). Proficient writing skills and attention to detail is required.
