Associate Injury Attorney The candidate work with paralegals and senior attorneys. Attend client meetings, telephone conferences and assist with general client communications and be regularly available for walk-ins. Provide coverage for hearings, depositions and mediations. Supervise administrative staff. Act as an attorney contact for walk-in client. Prepare discovery and other legal documents. Work closely with other offices and senior attorneys. Perform legal research. Perform related duties. Must be member of the New Mexico State Bar. Should be fluent in Spanish and English. Litigation experience is a huge plus.
