Patent Agent or Attorney The candidate should preferably have a Bar License with 3 years of experience. Must have experience drafting nonprovisional applications, responses to Office Actions, and letters to clients analyzing Office Actions and similar matters. Prefer an educational background in chemistry or electrical engineering, but other backgrounds will be considered. Medical device experience is a plus. Must be local to Minnesota.
