Paralegal, Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration The candidate will work under the direction of an attorney, assisting employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration benefits. Duties include direct client contact, preparing and filing nonimmigrant visa petitions and green card applications. Strong background in PERM, EB-1, I-140s, and I-485s is required. Must be able to identify potential issues arising in and working on EB-2 and EB-3 cases. Background in H-1B, L-1, E-3, E-2, O-1 and TNs is also required. Those with both NIV and IV experience will be considered first. Must be able to multitask, work independently, track cases, prepare case and client reports, and work with electronic immigration programs (i.e., LawLogix, etc.).
