Real Estate Paralegal/closer The candidate's duties will include : Reviewing title commitments, ordering payoffs, estoppels and working to clear title exceptions and meet title requirements; Preparing closing documents and settlement statements; Communicating with the parties and their agents and lenders to prepare for closing; Conducting real estate closings. Should be High school or equivalent. Should have experience of 2 years. Must have experience in a title agency or law firm specializing in real estate transactions and experience with file management.Tech savvy and experienced with closing software is preferred.
