Paralegal/Client Intake - Personal Injury The candidate will handle the client intake and screening process and potentially assist in litigation. Will handle inbound/outbound calls and conversations in a fast-paced environment, while being able to manage and track client inquiries and third party leads, conduct follow-up, schedule appointments, and prepare intake documents and any required correspondence Should have experience (preferably plaintiff personal injury). Manage and track client inquiries and referrals. Coordinate and schedule client appointments for lawyers. Coordinate marketing efforts including mailers, corporate gifts and other professional outreach while identifying sponsorship and community involvement opportunities for the firm. Must have 3 years of experience. Excellent communication skills needed.
