Associate Attorney Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration The candidate should have three years of experience in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and closely-held business succession planning. The position requires strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills. An ideal candidate has experience working directly with high-net-worth clients, and has the capacity for, and shows dedication to, business and practice development. Will be expected to handle estate planning, probate and trust administration matters including business succession planning for a wide variety of clients. Strong academic record, outstanding analytical and writing skills and Oregon Bar membership are required. Washington Bar membership required within six months of employment.
