Litigation Attorney The candidate will join Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial and Litigation Law Firm Should have 3+ years of experience. Should have a strong work ethic and desire to use their legal skills and experience to aggressively fight for the rights and needs of our clients. Should be actively licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.Should be able to handle the following: Appear for and argue motions; Appear for, take, and defend depositions; Appear for and participate in trials; Attend mediations and negotiate settlements; Conduct intake meetings with new potential clients; Explain and execute attorney-client contracts; Provide clients with frequent case status updates; Handle client requests and demands accordingly; Manage docket of cases according to office policy; Communicate daily with insurance companies re: status of claims, demands, and offers; Supervise case managers; Evaluate claims and defenses; Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills; Provide exceptional customer service to clients; Pay close attention to detail; Efficiently organize and prioritize daily tasks and events; Multi-task and ensure that all deadlines are met; Spanish speaking is a plus.
