Litigation Attorney The candidate will conduct legal research, draft documents, maintain client files, and assist with client matters. Will perform legal research, case investigation, and other case management tasks. Draft documents such as motions, letters, pleadings, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in any of the following: commercial litigation, personal injury, or employment law. Experience of 3 years in litigation and Legal Research is preferred. Membership in the State of California is required. Strong legal research and writing skills are needed.
