Priority will be given to applicants with at least one year of domestic relations litigation experience as a practicing Virginia attorney and litigation and pleading practice as first-chair. Job Description The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to clients in family law and/or real estate law matters. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle a full caseload, with the primary focus on litigation, and will have excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
