Associate Attorney The candidate will assist busy and fast-paced litigation team defending first party insurance cases, as well as complex commercial, personal injury and professional liability matters. Work will include assisting with written discovery, pleadings, motions, fact investigation, trial preparations and client reporting. Must be Texas-licensed attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
