Per diem attorney The candidate must have several years of experience in elder law and trust and estates matters. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of humor. Must have a high level of independence, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. This position requires occasional trips to the courts and to the other office, so the candidate should have their own transportation. There will be a 30 day probationary period upon hire.
