Temporary Family Law Attorney The candidate will be drafting pleadings and preparing state forms in various proceedings (dissolution/legal separation, paternity, support modification, DVPO, etc.). Drafting and serving discovery materials (interrogatories and requests for production, subpoenas, deposition setup, etc.). Drafting and preparing trial materials (witness lists, exhibit lists, joint statements of evidence, etc.). Working with clients to obtain necessary documentation to complete discovery requests and satisfy financial source document rules. Organizing and managing files, documents, and exhibits. Scheduling and meeting deadlines for Family Law case schedules. Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Should have 2+ years of experience. Membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association is required.
