Corporate Paralegal The candidate will prepare and filing of entity name reservation, formation, qualification, merger, and dissolution documents. Performance of corporate due diligence, including checklist and schedule preparation, document review, and tracking of document delivery and execution. Prepare corporate minutes, resolutions, and certifications. Completion of UCC lien searches and filings. Maintenance of minute books and other corporate records. Assistance with transaction closings. Intellectual Property (IP) experience is helpful. Must have Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate; 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a mid-size or larger law firm; ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, high-quality work product; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to interact well with attorneys, staff, and clients.
