Junior Associate Attorney - Trusts and Estates The candidate will work with clients regarding real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate, and partnership establishment and documentation. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Maryland Bar required. DC and Virginia Bars are preferred. An LL.M. degree is preferred. Recent Law School Graduates with demonstrated interest and coursework in estate planning and taxation may be considered.
