General Counsel / Business Attorney-part Time The candidate's duties will include : To draft and review contracts, NDAs, purchase agreements, sales agreements and other legal forms and agreements; Keep orderly records; Work directly with business Owners, Founders, Presidents, and CEOs; Work with outside counsel on specialty matters, including litigation. Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Should have an active law license in good standing in one of the 50 US states (with no prior suspensions or disciplinary history). Must have 2+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Should have in-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations. Must have high degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.
