Associate Attorney The candidate should have knowledge of state court practices. Must be interested in handling matters in court, trial experience a plus. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong communication, team player, research and writing skills, excellent work ethic, ability to develop and prepare a case for court. Preferably should have 1 year of relevant experience. Concentration in elder law and civil litigation a plus.
