Commercial Real Estate - Paralegal The candidate will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of clients. Initial drafting of commercial loan and real estate transaction documents. Review third party closing materials such as title commitments and surveys. Prepare and review commercial real estate documents, loan documents, lease agreements, easements and other commercial real estate documents. Assemble closing binders for commercial real estate transactions. Obtain, prepare and record certain real estate documents in various counties and states. Conduct UCC lien searches and other comprehensive searches. Prepare and file UCC financing statements. Prior experience in commercial loan and real estate transactions required. Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines required. Strong verbal and written skills for contact with attorneys and clients required. Exceptional attention to detail required. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize work flow while managing multiple projects required. Ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion required. Computer skills - strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe, and Web navigation required. Paralegal Certificate a plus.
