Legal Secretary / Paralegal Duties: Being the primary legal assistant for one attorney of the firm. Greeting and directing clients in person or over the telephone. Assisting attorneys in retrieving, copying, transmitting, routing, and reviewing correspondence and other data. Maintaining office supplies, and Maintaining client confidence by keeping attorney/client information confidential.
Qualifications: Executive Secretary or Paralegal training preferred. Experience in legal writing and documentation, professionalism, effective communication and coordination between staff members, proficient at typing (please provide wpm when applying), using internet, email, copier, scanner, fax-machine, and Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat computer programs.
