Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will primary point of contact for clients involved in a motor vehicle collision Requesting and organizing medical records of clients, Drafting Demand Packages to Insurance Companies on behalf of our clients. Correspondence to clients, attorneys, insurance companies, Working in a team environment to grow our roots in the community by assisting with outreach events when necessary, Negotiation of liens, drafting disbursals, Collaborative working environment. Experience doing personal injury or workers' compensation work is a plus. Experience with case management software, be proficient in pdf editing, word, excel is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
