Associate Attorney The candidate will report directly to managing attorney. Upon demonstrating your expertise, will be responsible for consultations, case and deadline management, drafting pleadings (or review), and routine communications with clients and other legal professionals. Will be likely to attend court hearings and will be responsible for facilitating resolution in cases. Should have experience and familiarity with: 1. Drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery. Managing own cases. Appearing in court. Experience of 2 years (Preferred).
