Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be primarily responsible for the management of all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through close of case. Will serve in medical case review. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Review policies, claims and other records. Prepare, write and argue legal documents, including: memos, theory of liability and demands. Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly. Communicate with client to provide case status update. Conduct intake meetings with new clients. Manage docket of cases according to office policy. Conduct and attend IMEs, EUOs and recorded statements. Must be a current Florida Bar Member in good standing. Should have 1 year of experience in plaintiff s personal injury. A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law essential. Spanish fluency is a must.
