Matrimonial Family Law Attorney The Candidate is responsible for performing legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery demands, conducting trials and hearings, taking and defending depositions, appearing in Supreme, Family or Civil/District Court, assisting with all aspects of case management, and handling a Matrimonial or Family Law case from inception to settlement and/or hearing/trial. Must have 3 years experience in Matrimonial, Family Law.
