Seeking Associate Attorney - Plaintiff's Side Employment Litigation with 1-3 years of experience. Candidate will work primarily on employment litigation, representing mostly plaintiffs, including private and federal-sector discrimination, other federal sector employment matters, wage and hour cases, and to a more limited extent on Bankruptcy and Family Law cases. Must be admitted to the Maryland Bar and admitted or eligible to waive into the District of Columbia Bar. Must have strong organizational skills, and have a pre-disposition for factual development of case, all phases of discovery and assistance with trials.
