Associate Attorney/Litigation The candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience in Federal Court including complex multi district litigation. Will have experience in taking depositions, attending hearings, strong analytical and excellent research and writing skills, and an ability to work well under pressure fast paced as well as be independent and self motivated. Litigation experience is preferred. Trial experience is a plus.
