Legal Secretary/Receptionist The candidate will assist with office administration, phone screening, typing, billing, filing, etc. Must be familiar and comfortable with taking dictation, Quickbooks, Microsoft Programs (i.e.: Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Must have dependable transportation. 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary is preferred. 1+ years of Quickbooks experience is required. 1+ years of Excel experience is preferred. High school or equivalent degree is required. Notary Public License is preferred. Work authorization of United States is required.
