Paralegal The candidate will join litigation law firm focusing on insurance defense and plaintiff's personal injury. Should have 2+ years of experience. Job responsibilities include drafting pleadings and correspondence, subpoenaing, scheduling and noting depositions, requesting medical records, PIP/Medicare, negotiating liens, filing, summarizing medical records, record review with witnesses and experts, drafting discovery responses and tracking your time. May occasionally be required to go to the courthouse for in person filings.
