Litigation Paralegal/Office Manager Duties: Prepare litigation and court documents, including motions, notices, exhibits, tables of contents, and tables of authorities. Organize all case files such as pleadings, research materials, discovery requests and responses, and document productions. Maintain and update case calendars, ensuring compliance with court deadlines. Conduct diligence on factual matters, such as identifying sales of infringing products, locating unknown sellers, and tracking financial assets. Review documents for production or submission to court by making determinations about relevance or applying appropriate coding or redactions. Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and others on day-to-day administrative matters. Prepare and send out invoices. Answer phones and perform intake for potential clients. Handle billing, accounts payable, mail, banking. Provide attorneys with support as needed. Qualifications: Prior litigation experience, as well as knowledge and experience with major with e-commerce, social media, and online media platforms, are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Office suite and Adobe Acrobat, as well as time tracking and cloud computing platforms.
