Bankruptcy Paralegal Candidate will handle bankruptcy cases at the firm. Will work under the direction of our attorneys on bankruptcy cases and act as a liaison between clients, creditor, and trustees. Will also include client interaction, legal document preparation and filing, information gathering, and scheduling. Requirements: Bankruptcy experience is preferred. Must be able to interact with a wide range of clients. Provide friendly customer service. Attention to Detail. Ability to work independently. Fast Paced. Learn to adapt to computer programs such as our legal software, Word, and Excel.
