Paralegal Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate will be managing the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, supporting clients, and working alongside the Attorney to seek the best results for our deserving clients. Will have regular client communication; organization and analysis of medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents; utilization of the case management program; and collaboration with internal departments. Should have 2 years of experience in personal injury law as a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant. Superior customer service skills, professionalism, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of legal terminology and principles as well as good computer skills are required. Must have experience with a case management program is a requirement.
