Veterans Disability Attorney The candidate's duties include all aspects of case preparation, preparing for and representing clients at their veterans affairs hearings, and assistance with the oversight and management of non-attorney staff. We are hiring for multiple positions including Practice Chair who will report directly to the Firm s Managing Partner and help shape this new practice area for the Firm. Should be currently admitted to a State Bar and the VA; No Disciplinary or Malpractice History in the last 10 years; Must have three-five years of representing VA Claimants.
