Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling, among other tasks: managing own caseload of litigation and pre-litigation files from inception through trial; preparing motions and memorandums of law; preparing pleadings, discovery, and demands; attending oral arguments, mediations/arbitrations, trials, and meeting potential clients. Must have 1+ year of personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience and familiarity with Needles Case Management software a plus. Should be comfortable handling own caseload with the supervision of a managing partner.
