Attorney The candidate should be an experienced litigation attorney to handle complex litigation matters, attend evidentiary hearings and trials. Must be motivated, show great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Would be responsible for performing the following tasks: Efficiently and effectively manage a litigated caseload; Regularly handle and appear at court appearances including non-jury trials, evidentiary hearings, depositions, motions calendar, mediations, and others as needed; Travel will be necessary; Draft pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, discovery, client memorandum, and other applicable and necessary documents; Ensure continued improvement with both internal and external client goals; Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service, including routine client updates, including strategic planning in litigation and settlement; Assist with achieving both firm and client goals and must have the ability to work independently as well as work well with others in a team environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. FL licensed attorney in good standing required. Federal Licensing a plus. Florida Bar License required.
