Legal Assistant/Paralegal This candidate will primarily provide administrative support to 2 specific attorneys within the firm; however, will also be expected to assist other attorneys on an as-needed basis. Answer incoming calls; Manage attorney s calendar; Organize, scan, and file pleadings, correspondence and court orders; Schedule meetings, depositions and mediations; Transcribe dictations; Assist in managing client files and ensuring compliance with various deadlines; Organize discovery materials; Edit correspondence, pleadings and other documents; and Filing and e-filing documents with courts.
Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written skills; Ability to work well with a team; Computer literacy; Typing proficiency; High level of organizational skills; Professional and friendly demeanor; Interpersonal skills; and Strong work ethic and reliability.
