Real Estate Attorney Candidate must be Licensed in North Carolina- licensure in more than one state is highly valued. Must have: Experience in transactional real estate law- experience in foreclosure law is highly valued. Fluent in English- the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish would be highly valued. Must be able to clear title issues quickly for closings, capable of navigating VCAP and other third-party search indexes effectively from our office and be willing to assist with development of legal checklists and legal processes for new lines of business within our real estate practice. A strong book of business will be taken into consideration.
