Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of the litigation process, from managing a paralegal, drafting motions and oppositions, to making court appearances, conducting depositions and doing trial preparation. Must be admitted in New York State. Personal injury experience is preferred. Must be a hard-working, motivated and talented. Willing to train but experience preferred. Trial experience is a particular bonus. Have 1+ year relevant experience is preferred.
