Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate Should have 3-5 years of paralegal experience, who wants to make a contribution, is technologically savvy and have a career in a fast paced law firm. Duties include: Calendar; all scheduling (depos, motions, hearings, PTC) and corresponding pleadings; New files - draft initial docs, any motions, notices, pleadings; E-file Motions, pleadings, notices with Judge's office; Client communications - confirm events, case status updates, answer questions; forward documents for signature; Request medical records and initiate follow-up; Preparation of document composites for IME, trials, hearings; Review incoming mail and emails and respond to tasks accordingly.
