The ideal candidate will have an existing experience in Arkansas Circuit and District Courts, be friendly and personable, and demonstrate strong organization skills and creative thinking. This is your invitation to join a team of professionals and make a real difference in the success of the firm. ## H2: Job Description The associate defense attorney will work with the Payne Law Firm to review and coordinate discovery, brainstorm and brief defense theories, fight with prosecutors, and make routine court appearances. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of extreme confidentiality and be willing to grow with the firm into further roles and responsibilities. An end of year bonus is available based on performance. ## H2: Qualifications * Existing experience in Arkansas Circuit and District Courts * Friendliness and personability * Strong organization skills * Creative thinking ## H2: Salary Payne Law Firm is offering a competitive salary range of $81,250 - $97,800 per year.
