Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible to provide paralegal support in the areas of guardianships, probate, estate planning, corporations and taxes. Providing client service; meeting with clients; maintaining good, consistent communication with clients; preparation of pleadings, accountings, and reports; tracking court deadlines; reconciling accounting information provided by clients; maintaining and creating systems; completing court filings and scheduling hearings; and working with a team of Paralegals for the overall efficiency of the Firm. Should have Paralegal Certificate/Associates Degree with 1-3 years of related elder law experience. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) with Passion for excellence and constant growth/improvement; and ability to prioritize and work efficiently. Detail oriented, including the ability to use proper punctuation and grammar.
