Creditor's Rights Attorney The candidate should be admitted to practice state law in Puerto Rico; Florida a plus; Federal Puerto Rico a plus. 3+ years Puerto Rico foreclosure litigation and trial experience preferred. 1+ years Florida foreclosure experience a plus. Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required for reading and writing. Independently manage a caseload involving foreclosure clients required. Work closely with paralegals, other attorneys, and Partners required. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions required. Communicate with client and provide status reports and hearing results required. Bar preferred.
