Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist on client focus, collaboration/team-building skills, communication proficiency, leadership, and problem-solving/analysis. Must have the ability to fluently handle all functions of a case from initial client meeting through to case resolution. Motion practice and knowledge of litigation procedures required. Must be a current member of the Florida Bar. Should preferably have a year of first-party insurance litigation claims - either side. Bilingual Spanish/English helpful but not required.
