Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 3 plus years of experience. Also consider a higher level Transactional Attorney with some business for this position. This position primarily handles complex corporate, finance and real estate matters. Specific desired experience includes entity selection and creation; negotiating and drafting primary and ancillary documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, credit facilities and other corporate and real estate transactions; and leading corporate and real estate due diligence. A basic understanding of estate and business succession planning is preferred.
