Personal Injury - Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be preparing and filing Requests for Judicial Intervention and processing Preliminary Conference orders. Will be serving in diary and follow up of Answers. Excellent written, verbal and computer skills required. Law Firm experience a must. Should have 2+ years of experience in a Personal Injury law firm. Experience with e-filing a plus. Must have a strong personal injury background and familiarly with Court proceedings and MS Word.
