Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be assigned work from our firm attorneys, must be able to follow-up with clients in a timely manner, prepare forms for review, pay attention to deadlines and follow-up on assigned cases until case completion. Will meet clients to sign forms and finalize cases for review and filing with immigration or the immigration court. Maintains call logs/records, enters client data in the server database, drafts letters and other documents, able to learn immigration software quickly and assists other legal assistants with other tasks.
