Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate must have the ability to perform a variety of functions, including - the following: facilitating and maintaining contact between attorneys, staff and clients; managing the attorney's calendar and scheduling appointments; receiving and making phone calls; managing client files from intake through case end; document management and filing; and obtaining and preparing documents, information and medical records required for each case which demands a basic level of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office products and pdf. Must exhibit exceptional ability in the following areas: client service; time management; organization and prioritization; and communication. Should preferably have 2+ years professional services work experience in the legal field, or working towards an associate degree or certificate in the Office Professional or a similar field. Fluency in a second language is is highly preferable.
