Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Oversee paralegal and legal assistants. Must have previous experience in criminal law. Have familiarity with various legal documents. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to build rapport with clients. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Spanish speaker is desired.
